MTN will debit your account even after contract end date and cancellation

MTN, is literally the worst service provider I have ever dealt with.

Listen to this. I had 2 simcards with MTN. so, therefore 2 different contract subscription dates. I had 1 debit order for both simcards.

1 Contract, came to an end Nov 2021, I sent multiple e-mails and made calls to have this contract cancelled.

But, alas, they kept deduction for both simcards.

Then, I was forced to put a stop order in at my bank, but because they were on one debit order, it meant both were stopped. But I still paid the non-cancelled one, with a transfer. Then, these mother truckers, go and greylist, the non-cancelled one, that I actually paid with a transfer.

And now, they want me to pay until this grey listed one is no longer on contract.

lolz. ***? So, you deduct my account for something that ended months ago, then when I stop it, and still pay the correct one, you sommer go and grey list it, and demand that I pay for a grey listed product? What the hell? Someone needs to intervene and do an audit at MTN.
