Ref no ********** 39 was given to me by an operator who told me there legal department will contact me. In the interim I can't get my home loan approved. No person from there legal department has contacted me yet. I see on Hello Peter that there are hundreds op ***** cases the question is why and should the Hawks be notified to investigate

I have still not received any official email from Mtn on this regard. An apology is not good enough I want compensation for what has happened.

Thank you for your post. We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred. Kindly be advised that the ***** department has investigated the account opened in your name. The account is closed . The ***** department need to place the journal credit of R 45,096.83 to the account. We have requested that the ***** department add this credit to clear the balance. We have sent the request to the legal department to start the process so long to send the request to close the file . We are waiting for feedback. I still have not received an official email from Mtn on this ********** account and no one has contacted me by phone. No documentation has been submitted to me icw this incident. Mtn does not take other people lives seriously that they have messed up with.

Mtn has sent a letter to ABSA Bank clearing my name but ABSA could not provide me a copy as the letter was sent under a confidential clause.
