MTN wifi sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please dont get MTN wifi for you house I've sent multiple complains to their customer complaint department regarding the supposed 35meg line that I'm paying for that ends up on the speed test as 1.5meg, after my last complaint I've received an email from them saying that they have reset my sim card and must now remove it from the Router wait 5min and restart the router, after I've done this I am now only receiving 0.57meg. This is *****ing!!! I am paying for a service witch i am not receiving!!!!!
