Mtn wifi stay away

Mono phoned me for R399 uncapped wifi for the 1 of october ive received box 11 of october, till then im struggling to get them to rica sim, they said 2h hour -24h 16th ive download mtn app to rica this sim on the 16th, 17th ive phoned why is my box not activated yet, and still waiting...how is this possible to wait 1 week to rica and to activate this unit.... it is shocking how BAD this service is... when i phone mam in 2h it will be activated another call mam in 2h you will be activated and still nothing happens... ... its just empty promised with zero results...do not go for this deal
