MTN wifi signal is non existant DONT BUY any of their deals

I have been a MTN customer for over 20 years . I bought there top range wifi package and have struggled with my wifi for 8 months . I have escalated complaints and no one gets back to me . I run a business from home and am losing business . I have asked to cancle the wifi as it only works half the time and they keep putting me on a low speed even though I have no cap on my package . I have now enquired by lawyers about recouping loss of income due to no delivery of service . I have had enough now , 8months of calls ,emails and going into the store ..... only to be ignored and left with a bill to pay at the end of the month . I will be closing all my accounts with you MTN .
