MTN WiFi Service

If it was possible to give zero stars, we would! We got the month to month WiFi which included a router (we had to pay for a device fee to use the router), at the end of last year. It was the absolute worst service provided, we struggled with internet connection and we would be throttled but we haven't nearly used all the available units. In April/May we returned the WiFi router to the MTN store where we got the device from, we cancelled the WiFi service. Till today MTN still deducts money for the WiFi, even though we don't use the service as we cancelled and returned the WiFi router. Beware of this service, as they like to take your money and it is nearly impossible to get it back, even if you don't have access to the service anymore!
