MTN Wifi router nightmare

Taking a wifi-router from MTN and being told by the consultant that is was unlimited (Misrepresented)was one of the worst mistakes i made,i further experienced a nightmare experience whilst having that router,i further returned the router and tried cancelling.MTN has been giving me the run around for over 6 months and they have ruined my credit profile because they charged me for the router that i had returned and also they keep on adding money on the account that does not even make sense. I have gotten the worst experience from them as a service provider.
