MTN WiFi rota

Last year December my WiFi rota started giving me problems called MTN call centre, they told me to go to the Bloemfontein store. First week of January, I went to the store they told me that the rota has no problems. Got home it worked for a day. Wanted back this week on Tuesday the lady was very helpful. But the people working at the call centre and very bad service, I seat at that store for three hours with no help.

Till now my rota is not working to make it worse is that for two months I paid for something that's not working, drove from Thaba Nchu to Bloemfontein twice just to get bad service.

I'm very unhappy with the service. All I want is for them to fix my rota.
