MTN WIFI Poor Service and Assistance

Biggest regret in WIFI choice of network, very poor service including getting assistance to resolve the matter. I purchase the 5G uncapped WiFi router from MTN in October 2022 and from the get go it never worked efficiency and I have calling and even had to drive to the Head Office to get some sort of help with was a total fail. They continue to debit the WIFI money every month without fail but cannot even help me get a technician to come check out or rule out the problem so that I can cancel and find an alternative WIFI. Instead they hold you to that contract and refuse to take action and tell me to take it up with MTN Coverage which is even ignoring the constant calls at this point. MTN won't let me cancel their contract nor send a technician to fix the protect, which other WIFI network providers offer in an instant without giving you the run around or beg for a service you deserve. I have been buying and using my own data instead of the WIFI I am paying for, how ridiculous is that! So disappointed in MTN service. I would never recommend anyone getting MTN WIFI.
