Mtn wifi not working since October 2025

Mtn since October 2025 I have a wifi contract with wifi. I cannot use wifi only can use part if my data on data share. I have 13 ref nrs but everything it is case closed and yet nothing has changed Ref BO*** and RITM*** was some of the nrs. What can I do to resolve this
