MTN WiFi frustration data top up

I don’t want to speak to a bot on WhatsApp, I called 083135, was waiting in the line for 15 minutes then got cut off, all I want to do is top up my data on my wifi and MTN has made it so difficult and now non existent. All I get is that function is not available at the moment
