MTN WIFI-DONT GET IT

Got a router from MTN. And iyoh I think I regret it. When I got this router at the store, i was told payments only go off on the 1st of every month. Even if you get paid on the 15th you *****ed. And even if a payment is missed, you charged interest. Just paid interest of R183, for paying I think 3days late. Some companies send a reminder or give different alternatives for payment, should you have an issue with your bank, but MTN just hits you with interest. So now I have a situation, I paid but no internet connection. Not sure if rain and MTN are now friends, cause when it rains it pauses, but with what is happening now is no connection AT ALL. And it's only cloudy. Tired of sending emails to their customer care, and WhatsApp number is a chat bot that won't get you the help you need. Call centre worse. You will bounce from A to B then call gets dropped. Get a WiFi company that won't charge you interest when a payment is not made, cause life happens and at times it's not your fault.
