MTN WIFI customer service

absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Our WIFI is so bad and we keep calling, told a tech will come who never comes and every time a new reference number is given or we told reset the router. You are unprofessional and a bunch of ****s. I cant work, my children cant do their home schooling and its truly frustrating. You even worse than rain
