MTN wifi ans customer service the worst

I am so frustrated with MTN every month they tell me a new thing Every month I pay more money and yet my services are blocked I never get through to anyone that can assist at the call center if I do they can't assist instead they send me from piler to post Even last month I had to report MTN I took the home internet service online yet when I have issues I must go to the store where there is none where I stay I want my money back and an apology I have so patient with them I paid yet I have no internet AGAIN
