MTN wifi

I am a very unhappy customer I took out WiFi with mtn firstly the person that call me just wanted to make a sale and rushed through everything he didn't advise me that this is a 24 month contract until I went into the store to let them know my router is not working secondly he put in the wrong address and I was without WiFi for a few days he did not explain everything to me he just wanted the sale now I'm am without wifi it's not working because apparently the data is finished which I was told it's unlimited when I call in I'm told it's the speed at which we are using the WiFi hence there is nothing and guess what all of this I was not told I am very unhappy with this I want to cancel this contract and I will return this router because I was not advised on everything and now I'm without WiFi and I am a very loyal customer to mtn for years I Want a manager to call me and sort this out ASAP
