Mtn wifi

I took out a wifi contract a year ago, I then realised later that day that they would use the current cellphone number that I use to receive calls, I then called back to request that the upgrade be put onto another phone number so that I could continue using my cellphone number. I was reassured that when I received the package I call mtn and they would sort it out, they would transfer it at that time. To my sorrows, I'm paying for a wifi contract that I cannot use . They say calls are recorded but I'm still waiting for that recording a year later. Terrible service
