MTN wide open to ***** with no customer protection

BEWARE.In less than a year there have been three *****ulent attacks on my account. Number one and three required me to get an affidavit from the police station otherwise MTN would not proceed to reverse the *****ulent numbers set up on my account. On the second attempt someone telephoned and insisted that I give them the OTP needed to set up an account! On this most recent and third attempt the ****** set up a new number and presumably this new number was sent the OTP which were used to try and withdraw money from my bank account. I don't feel safe using MTN any longer as they did nothing to flag my account to prevent repeated ***** attempts. It is also time consuming to have to keep going to the police station for affidavits.
