MTN WI-Fi monthly subscription

I want help, I bought a router on MTN on a contract they said I can cancel at anytime.

I have been trying to cancel, they don't want to do that for me, they said I must return the router to the store and call them When I have the IRMS reference number from the store.

Now no one is helping me via the calls nor on the store.
