Mtn why don't you come to the party???

I have a contract with Mtn which includes 150mins airtime and 1Gb data every month. Unused data and airtime only rolls over for one month. Under normal circumstances this is not a problem because I use it. However we have been under national lock down since end of March 2020. Therefor I used my fibre internet at home and did not use my mobile data. I would reckon that Mtn would have made an exception for the next couple of months to accommodate us with the unused data and airtime. We now loose something we pay for.
