MTN why do you people say my wife is dead, but she's not?

On behalf of my wife. My wife had taken out a home internet LTE router, after the contract expired we went to cancel the contract, only to find the the guy that did the supposed cancellation did not. We again went back and attempted to have the contract cancelled, only later to find that when MTN called my wife for a contract upgrade the my wife did could not because there was an outstanding amount, now when she enquired as to what that amount was for, they said it was for the LTE router contract, we again went back to the MTN store only to find that the guy had put into the system that my wife was DECEASED 🤬😡, now after this MTN tells my wife to open a case about this and take it from there😲. Why the hell dont MTN take responsibility and remove the damn thing from my wifes name, and charge the guy that did put in the system that my wife is dead. I mean my wife does not have access to the system to say she is dead? The problem is that guy that did make this ***** up. Now we have to open a case and take it from there, and now i must pay for legal fees and sort out some other idiots fault.
