Mtn why do you even exist!?

I call MTN. I answer 5 questions each time. I get verified and then I ask to be put through to the cancelations department. How stupid can your processes be!? How idiotic do you need to be to have a department without a direct number. So everytime the cancelations department hangs up on your, you, as customer, need to call back (wasting time), speak to a consultant (answer questions and get verified again) and then be put through to the department that doesn't answer their phone - because why would they want to cancel contracts. Just so this whole asinine process can start again. A ****** merry-go-round. Call, verified, don't answer - repeat, repeat, repeat. It's not even thar mtn are busy when they don't pick up - it's all the unresolved calls from earlier that they merry-go round to say - we're very busy! ****** useless idiots!!! Couldn't write a process if they were paid - and they are!!! Useless!!
