MTN why cant you do your job?
It has now been 2 weeks that I have been struggling with MTN. I think I will officially lose it with MTN if my contract is not cancelled at the end of this month. I want all of my airtime transferred to my other contract and the one I want cancelled BETTER BE CANCELLED! Its disgusting that you let staff work there that can not be bothered with their clients. I actually cannot wait to cancel my next contract with MTN, I think Vodacom or Cell C would treat their clients far better. MTN RESPOND BY TODAY PLEASE.

Our records indicate that the deactivation date for the number 071869***** has been set for the 3rd as the contract expires on that date and the contract for the 083 number only expires on the 26th of April 2016 and if you wish to terminate this line the early termination fee will be levied as stated in the terms and conditions of the contract.
