MTN why are you like this?

It is near impossible to cancel an MTN contract. Not only are their cancellation fees obscenely high, they make you jump through endless hoops and sit for hours on hold waiting to speak to someone with the power to help you. It’s ridiculous that you’re not able to cancel a contract in store. I have been trying to cancel since April 2020. It’s now August, and I still haven’t come right. What the hell MTN?
