MTN who do you call

I am trying to get hold of someone at MTN that can assist me with an outstanding amount which i was not aware of and would like to pay it urgently and get it sorted. There is no number to call and speak to an agent. No call centre number only email which takes 24 hours response time or automated call which doesnt have an option to assist me.
