MTN where nobody can help with a query

Absolutely shocking service. I app**** for a router and uncapped data package at the beginning of February. I was perpetually hounded until I made the payment, with a promise to call back and finalise the contract as soon as the payment reflected. I asked her for an email address so I could email my proof of payment, and was politely told that they don't have email addresses. That was on the 7th of February. I was on the phone for over an hour on Wednesday this week trying to find out who could help me at MTN. Finally got a number where an actual person answered and assisted... But they needed the original sales agent to call me back to finalise the contract. Thursday arrived and no call. So I phoned again. Another promise was made that said agent would call me back. Which brings us today. My contract has still not been finalised. I've spent a large amount of money on this and have less than zero to show. It has now apparently been escalated to the sales management at MTN.

But honestly, at this point, I don't know if it's worth it even finalising the contract.
