MTN ,where No one answers the phone ever

I was trying to find out if a certain phone was instock so I could buy it. I phoned 3 MTN shops in Tygervalley, Cavendish and Canal walk and noone answers. What would have been a 5 minute conversation turns into me having to drive to a branch to ask a simple question.

Thanks for nothing MTN, ill take my money elsewhere.
