MTN Where is my tablet???

If done an upgrade on 02 August 2017 with my number ********** 339 and if got my Samsung Galaxy S8+ but still no tablet until now 05 September 2017 and im tired of being told that I'll get the tablet I'll just have to wait but the funny part is if done an upgrade on 02 September with my other numbers and im recieving my devices soon but still no august upgrade tablet so I want to know when am I going to get my tablet and who can I speak to at MTN Head Office so that we can resolfe this problem!!!
