MTN WHERE IS MY AIRTIME?

I am new on MTN network and I am already having a problem and a bad service. On the 22/01/25 I recharged and the lady I spoke to LELONA MBARANE has been saying the system has an issue and she'll call me back and I am still waiting for her call and reflection of my airtime till date!....MTN WHERE IS MY AIRTIME!
