MTN where do you take our airtime and data to???

MTN is always offline, there’s never network coverage and as for data and airtime disappears into thin air. I’ve been buying data over 3 times a day after a few minutes my data depletes I don’t know what is the reason even when my mobile data are switched off the data just depletes.
