MTN - When you are in a hole stop digging

MTN should get a prize for one of the best idiotic responses. You sign a contract which does not include insurance and then MTN charges insurance. So logically you raise the problem with the problem company, MTN. Response, " ...MTN has outsourced its Insurance to Pinnacle Insurance company, this means we no longer handle Insurance related matters." So "valued customer" off you go and sort out MTN's mistake.

Dear Siphumezo, Thobekile Khuzwayo; Chanel Koopman; and all of the other MTN employees whose in and out trays this complaint has passed through. The art of customer relationship managment is to resolve the problem. It appears simple, but surely it cannot be beyond someones s****s to resolve this!
