MTN - whatsapp chat and solution is no good.

Hi guys,

Do not even waste your time using the MTN Whatsapp chat, they are incapable of resolving or even giving a reason as to why I cannot connect my MTN to Google Play. They either drop off or all offer the same "solution" in verbatim. There needs to be a menu with the option "speak to manager/superior"...I am more than frustrated as a simple thing seems like climbing a mountain...my better half is on Vodacom and experiences no problem like this!
