MTN - What the hell??

Dear MTN

I am livid.

I paid R503 on the 5th of August when I signed up for the R269 a month LTE wifi package. Payment for August and September 2024.

I then went to Swellendam MTN to swop/upgrade to the 5G R499 a month package on 31 August and I paid R150 and R525.

Then yesterday, 4 September you debit me R707!!!!???

What the hell is going on?

I have been a loyal customer of MTN for over 20 years.

I expect some explanation and a refund immediately.
