Mtn *****, what service??

Saturday ***** was done on my mtn account, someone spend money on my account. phoned mtn to report ***** wow customer service is so great she was almost helpful and still today no feedback and another transaction done on my account. no ref no just saying she will phone back. how it this for service if you have been with mtn for more than 20years. no I have a ***** account of R800+ and mtn branch tells me it is my problem I must pay it.
