MTN: What POPI act?

Signed up online for a data package. This process was simple enough. then came the delivery phase. They do not allow me to pick it up on site as it is online. But when delivering, you must have a printout of your ID and Proof of residence and hand it over to the driver. How is this a thing? the POPI act requires companies to store personal data of clients etc SECURELY. Not random in the hands of a delivery driver.

Come MTN, surely you know better. Make this happen and get my router and SIM to me in a secure way?
