MTN WHAT KIDN OF SERVICE DO YOU HAVE !!

I app**** more than two weeks ago for a cellphone contract, the lady was very kind that assisted me and said I will receive an SMS with the email address where I need to send my details to. I never received it. I then went twice on your website and requested assistance, I was told that I should call MTN,.... not that great because you want my business or are you that wealthy that you don't do client service? Anyway since I didn't get assistance, yes I did call. However, I can't get to speak to an agent. I then visit a shop and again I was told that my contract has been approved and I should expect my phone etc, I said it is that definite and the salesperson said no not definite. I asked what can I do, and I was told to just wait. What do I do here? I am not getting any assistance what so ever, how do you even exist or do you exist because we in South Africa is just used to bad service, we take it because we don't have an option.
