MTN!! What customer service! Still waiting!

<p>Done an insurance claim on my damaged phone, afer paying insurance for 18month, i do a claim and even take my phone in to the repair centre just off Allendale to speed up the process. they tell me my phone is beyond repair so they will claim for a new one, should take 3-5 days. Been back there twice in 4 weeks and still no clue in whats happening! Cant get a contact number for the insurance department besides a answering machine, i dont want to talk to a damn answering machine, i need my phone back its been over 4 weeks and i am now using a friends spare phone.. Dont know why i even bothered taking insurance, well the contract is almost up so will have to start looking for another network that can help!!!!</p>
