Mtn what can't we do for you today

I had recently app**** online for a superflex promotion. It all went well till time for me to receive the sim card then it has become hopeless. The sim was attempted to be delivered by a courier company however the device to authenticate my identity was not functioning properly, the courier assured me he would return in 2 hours never to be seen or heard from again. I have tried for weeks now contacting mtn and they keep saying I have no profile on their system. It's strange they where ankw to accept my money seems like falsely make a courier to attempt to deliver now both my money and I don't refect on their system. Seems like a listed company is running a **** , I think the JSE should investigate them before thousands of investors lose their money as well
