MTN - what can I say........

Ported to MTN prepaid on 5 October 2020. My number of more than 20 years was discontinued on 11 November 2020 due to not being used for more than 90 days. and put back in the pool for redistribution. The fact that the number was registered on the MTN network for only 42 days and that I made calls to the value of approximately R90 during this period does not seem to compute with the help desk agents. I also notice that they don't seem to be too concerned with their bad hellopeter rating stopped responding to bad reviews.
