MTN what a **** service provider

On Monday 2nd March, I went to MTN in Forest Hill Mall to port my number from Vodacom to MTN. I was told that normally porting happens at 6pm but I should maybe wait 2 or 3 days. As it is standard procedure, I took all my RICA paperwork with. As it turns out, 5 days later Im still waiting on my number for MTN to activate. I called the MTN call center today (6 March 2015) and Im told that the number has been ported but RICA did not pull through. Now Im wondering, how did they activate my sim card and ported my number if I didnt have any RICA documentation? Im terribly disapointed, to make things worse I spoke to one of the guys in their call center for him to be rude to me? Wow MTN Im really shocked. I think I was better off with my expensive service provider, at least I didnt have any headaches with them.
