MTN what a mess, charges one price but takes another.

By far the worst billing experience I have had in my life. I regret paying for a router upfront with MTN. I have had an MTN Month to month contract for the last 5 months and its been nothing short of a disaster. 4 of the 5 months they have over-debited me. When I call they say its system issues and i must change it in store. When i go to the store they also say its a system issue and have failed to rectify it for 5 months. On top of that i have gone in store 3 times to request for my refunds its been over 60 days and now they tell me i must go in store to get my refund processed after I have gone there 3 times. In hindsight i am glad i went with a month to month contract because i can cancel at any time. But now i will be stuck with an MTN router I bought for over 2K that i cannot use, Do yourself a favor and stay away from MTN.
