MTN. What a Joke!

2 weeks ago I purchased 1GB of data through the MTN App using my credit card. The payment of R150 went off but I never received my data. 4 Phone calls to MTN later and still no joy. The first time they said there was a 5 day turn-around time - which is ridiculous! How can a company that provides data take 5 days to provide data?? With the 3 subsequent calls I was promised that it would be resolved within 24 hours. Well...216 hours later and I'm still waiting. MTN is the most pathetic excuse for a service provider. They do not deserve to be in business. They are *********** and cannot provide their core service. They make promises they cannot and do not keep. Avoid MTN at all costs!!!!!!!
