MTN what a Joke

So after my last complaint all they say is contact customer services if they had read they would see I have already but nobody can help me, then i got an SMS saying "congratulations you have been per-approved for one of out superb MTN promo offers" Why would i want a promo offer if nobody contacts me to help me? if nobody even takes the time to give me a decent reply or phone call to assist me?? I repeat my original message below: I have been struggling with MTN for over a month now. 1. There online site doesn’t work cause nobody contacts me regarding a new contract. 2. Went to the mall of africa store and they had stock of phone I wanted had all documentation electronically, no they can’t help me. and I asked if they could deliver my phone as I am not from jHb no they don’t do that. 3. Phoned customer service they cannot help as they don’t have stock?? how does it work that you individual stores have sto k but i can’t order it online??
