MTN - WHAT A DISGRACE

Today I called MTN after sending Zahrah Cooper from MTN branch at Sanlam Head office. My call was after sending her an email on Monday 24 September with no response. I merely asked her when the tariff was increase and on what basis the increase was done. Today she pretending to not be able to hear me and dropped the call. Immediately thereafter the contact number in her signature which I am assuming is a business number being
Tel: ***
Cell: +***8 is goes to voicemail and after trying for at least 6 times its still off. I have the call recording which will prove the lack of attempt from Zahrah to hear me clearly. This type of service is unacceptable and uncalled for. If she does not know the answer certainly she can ask a more competent person to assist the client. I have now read up so my question is answered but still left with a bitter taste of MTN. I hope that her behavior will be addressed and that I can expect an apology for this type of shoddy service. Is this this the NEW WORLD you talking about???
