MTN: What a disappointment

According to MTN's June Catalogue they sell IPhone SE 3rd generation, however now that I am due for an upgrade none of the MTN stores has the phones in stock and no one can give me indication on when to expect the phones. Reason for complaining is the fact that MTN has been harassing me for months with calls regarding upgrading, even though I requested politely to please make a note that I will contact them directly. Yet again service when you actually need it is non existent. Ridiculous to the standard of customer service we need to get use to.
