MTN what a bad service

I bought my phone at jet in december, 3 months later my screen broke i went to jet and they send it in to my inchurans. a month later i got my phone back but with a new problem that we only started to notice a week after we got the phone. as we wrote msg the phone just went on and off and the battry never wanted to fully charge. so we went back and jet send it in again, this time to MTN as its an MTN phone. tow weeks after my phone is send in i get a call that sais i have to pay in R330 be fore thy send my phone back to jet. so i said why must i pay if i have insurance on my phone, whats the point of having insurance if you have to pay!! so they said its accses fees that i have to pay. but the thing is the new problem that was there came back when it came back from the 1st insurance that fixed it so its there fault. today on 23/05/2016 they said no its not acces fees its because there are new parts put in the phone and if i dont colect it in a surten time they get rid of my phone. i just think this whole story is so unfair and that MTN is ******!!!!!!
