23 Apr 2019, 09:22I am so disappointed with MTN on how they handle their accounts, each month I pay my account and every third month my account get suspended for non-payments, you can e-mail them the proofs and you can send mails it will happen constantly, and we are in no position to be without a phone, MTN please let me know if I should take my business some ware else.
You need to activate my account today. If I did not pay my account it’s a different story but I do. Sort your accounts out…….
