MTN Westwood - Worst store in SA

I took out a contract with MTN Westwood (Durban) on a Black Friday deal approximately 4 years ago. The contract was due for upgrade in December 2021, and I contacted the store manager Naz to enquire about renewing the contract. She promised to get someone to call me back. Needless to no one called me from the store. I contacted Naz again and was informed that the store was closed due to Covid, and that someone will call me soon. MTN then billed me over R 6 000.00 for out of contract rates. Numerous discussions with MTN Westwood and MTN head office has not resulted in any resolution. MTN Has reduced the subscription charge to R 1 600.00 per month, when the old rate I was paying was only R 450.00. MTN has collected more than R 8 000.00 from me, when they should have only collected R 2 700.00. We also held discussion with Farida - the regional manger for MTN as well as Nick her assistant. I believe that MTN Westwood is the worst store, as i previously experienced problems with poor service from the store. I even told Naz this when i contacted her to renew the contract. She assured me that i would not have any problems....UNFORTUNATELY this was not true. DO NOT SUPPORT MTN WESTWOOD.
