Mtn Westwood mall terrible service

It is now approaching almost 2 weeks since I've signed a contract with mtn yet there is still no response as to when it will be activated or given the phone. I had previously complained about the matter and was told that it is taken as a priority by the regional management yet till this present day ,nobody has contacted me or even given me an answer as to what the problem is . All that was said is that there's an error on the system . Words cannot explain how frustrating this is as this is actually pathetic . It does not take 2 weeks to sort out a cellphone contract as every other cellular store does it within 2 days .I can now conclude that mtn does not want my business and I will soon be cancelling every contract I have with them . I will also be sharing my experience with all my friends ,family and employees as well as I'm taking my complaints a step higher than hello Peter . I do not want an apologetic response ,I want to be updated with the situation as well as a solution to it within 24 hours .
