MTN Westwood mall poor service

MTN Westwood mall the service is very slow and poor only 2 consultants. I spent about 20 minutes without being attended because 2 consultants were busy with other customers but there is anther computer which is not in use, More personnel is needed to deal only with payments whereas others deal with other issues.
