MTN westwood mall bad service

I had recently visited MTN at westwood mall for a contract upgrade . The contract had been signed a week ago and till this present day I still do not have the phone . I had been advised that the phone is in Stock but their systems are down and the contract cannot be activated on the system . Everyday that I get the same response from the staff that there is an error on the system and that they have "made phone calls" but nothing has changed . I find this ridiculous as I've never experienced anything like this from other service providers and that . This is as breach of contract as I have signed and been approved yet everyday there's an excuse as to why I cannot get the phone .
